What can I expect as MSP ?
For Managed Services Providers (MSPs), we propose a global solution where you will be charged by us for each active end user on your customers’ tenants, and you are free to rebill it as you wish. Different requirements will apply and be checked annually to enter and remain in the MSP program.
Obtain your training to understand how to implement Bravas and integrate it with online services. You will also be trained around identity management and SSO mechanisms that you can perfectly implement Bravas at scale within your customers.
MSP get priority support from Bravas to unlock blocking situations. Bravas also provides support documentation and some tools to help you answer your customers' issues at quick as possible.
Co-marketing, posts, events… There are different ways marketing can happen between Bravas and its partners.This opportunities are discussed per partner.
MSP get discounted Bravas' licences to create a new source of revenue! Discounts are based on the number of licenses under management.These licences must be integrated into managed services packages.
We are currently developing a Partner portal that will help you getting a consolidated view of your customers under management and actions to be undertaken.
Roles and Responsabilities
Find out how roles and responsabilities are charged between Bravas and the MSP
Sales efforts will primarily be handled by the MSP, with Bravas providing additional leads to support their efforts.
All deployment tasks will be fully managed by the MSP. Bravas will provide support during initial deployments to ensure a successful training phase.
All user inquiries and product-related questions will be addressed directly by the MSP.
Advanced support requests, such as integrating new services, will be managed by the MSP.
Critical issues, including bugs and service interruptions, will be escalated by the MSP to Bravas. The Bravas team will handle these requests in accordance with ITIL best practices.
The MSP will serve as the customer, bundling Bravas services into their own offerings. Bravas will invoice the MSP for licenses based on usage.
