For Managed Services Providers (MSPs), we propose a global solution where you will be charged by us for each active end user on your customers’ tenants, and you are free to rebill it as you wish. Different requirements will apply and be checked annually to enter and remain in the MSP program.

Roles and Responsabilities

Find out how roles and responsabilities are charged between Bravas and the MSP

Sales efforts will primarily be handled by the Cloud Provider, with Bravas providing additional leads to support their efforts.

All deployment tasks will be fully managed by the Cloud Provider. Bravas will provide support during initial deployments to ensure a successful training phase.

All user inquiries and product-related questions will be addressed directly by the Cloud Provider.

Advanced support requests, such as integrating new services, will be managed by the Cloud Provider.

Critical issues, including bugs and service interruptions, will be escalated by the Cloud Provider to Bravas. The Bravas team will handle these requests in accordance with ITIL best practices.

All billing activities will be handled by the Cloud Provider.
