What can I expect as an MSP?
For Managed Services Providers (MSPs), we propose a global solution where you will be charged by us for each active end user on your customers' tenants, and the MSP can as add it its built-in feature of a larger set of services sold to the Customers.
Different requirements will apply and be checked annually to enter and remain in the MSP program.
You will be required to stay up-to-date with our internal training program.
It is also highly recommended to maintain certification in modern device management for all OS you support.
A list of MSPs with their third-party certifications will be published in the future to help our mutual potential customers choose the one most suited to their needs.
Your organization will be provided with sales and marketing materials as well as specific authorization to use our logo alongside yours.
We expect MSPs to communicate their MDM and IDP offerings clearly and to be explicit with the customer about which solution they will deploy.
We understand that MSPs may have more than one way to address a need and, depending on the context, may prefer to use a competitor or us.
We are fine with that as long as your organization clearly communicates with the customer which option was adopted and why.
However, if the customer lead comes initially from us, you will be required to deploy Bravas for both MDM and IDP needs.
Your organization is required to have its own customer support team and tools.
Your customer tenants will be specifically set to redirect support requests to your platform.At no time will we support your customers.
Only your internal team, matching our current training requirements, will be allowed to open technical support requests with us.
We do not charge for technical support initially, except if the answer can be found in the documentation.
Our technical support is limited to the Bravas product.
Advanced expertise is available via our internal Professional Services offer if you need help with integration with complex third-party service providers.
However, any non-supported service providers that can legitimately be added to our built-in catalog will be added for free if you and your customer allow us access to their test platform.
In the future, an MSP portal will be provided to help you achieve a global view of all tenants.
In the meantime, it is absolutely not allowed to host more than one customer on a Bravas tenant. You will be able to use the free super-admin access to their admin console.
